Owen Brennan’s would like to introduce everyone
to our new Executive Chef Scott DeLarme!
Chef DeLarme was born into a family of five
in Chicago. He started cooking at 14 years old
in a “mom-&-pop” pizza parlor. After moving to
Naperville, Illinois, Chef DeLarme began working
at Al’s Seafood. Most of Chef DeLarme’s seafood
knowledge was obtained in Al’s half restaurant
and half fresh seafood market. With this
experience, Chef DeLarme moved to Florida to run
a large scale catering operation. Years later,
Chef DeLarme decided to attend Johnson & Wales
Culinary School to learn classical french and
other cooking techniques. Chef DeLarme
graduated in 1993 and moved to Memphis to be
Lulu Grille’s Executive Chef. Today Chef
DeLarme and his wife of 17 years, Dana, are
blessed with two children, Collin and Aiden.
After 19 years of Owen Brennan’s serving
Memphis, we are proud to have Chef DeLarme join
our team. We look forward to the new and
innovative ideas Chef DeLarme will be bringing
to our restaurant. |
